The fit and sizing is exactly as described. I bought them to replace a pair I had years ago that I loved and these were close to what I wanted. I wasn't expecting too much, but they were perfect. They are loose with elastic waist with drawstring and pockets, just as described.

Light, flowing material, which is what I wanted for Florida summer. Looks good -- not wrinkly. I'm normally size 12, and XL is a perfect fit. I'm 5'9" and the length is just right.

These are super comfortable and really cute summer wear with sandals. They're nice and cool, even in hot, humid weather. But they also aren't sheer or see through - I won't wear tops or bottoms that are sheer.

I bought these pants for my mother who recently had a stroke. I was looking for something with an elastic waist band that would be easy for her to get in and out of on her own with her limited mobility. When I opened the package I instantly wanted to keep them for myself. The fabric is buttery soft and I could just tell that they were going to be super comfortable. My mom loves them! She loves the comfort of the fabric and the added independence of the elastic waist band versus a zipper and buttons. These have been such a big hit that I recently received a request from my brother and sister in law, "Buy more of those pants for mom, they are great!"
